David A. Knooihuizen
David A. Knooihuizen currently operates Physical Assetts Consulting, LLC (PAC). Through David’s personal energy and unwavering belief in sound business practices, including documented processes as well as inventory management, he has gained extensive experience enabling companies to improve their performance both operationally and financially. David’s commitment and practical application of these beliefs were the founding principles of Physical Assetts Consulting, LLC.
Prior to PAC, David served in numerous management positions in the manufacturing industry including Operations Manager, Technical Services Manager and Vice President of Manufacturing for both domestic and international corporations. During this time David amassed more than 24 years of broad-based background directing all aspects of facility management, production, purchasing, engineering, research and development, inventory control, quality assurance, customer service, warranty and sales. David also has extensive experience in the integration of newly acquired business units into manufacturing facilities.
David served on the board of directors for Rayco Enterprises and Ultra Filter, Inc. During his time on the board, both companies experienced explosive growth and profitability. He held the position of assistant professor on staff for corporate training with a major community college in Western New York.

Dean Stevens
Dean Stevens consults with business executives committed to operational excellence. He leads focused improvement events that rally people to change the way they deliver products and services. The results are often dramatic improvements in performance and employee morale. He teaches businesses how to “do more with less”.
Dean’s work with Gulf States Toyota was published in a Harvard Business Review article in 2008. The work focused on a social approach to find the specific areas where a focused effort could move the business towards their strategic objectives. He then facilitated rapid improvement events to help achieve these objectives.
Dean blends expertise and experience in Operations Management, Lean Principles, Project Management and information technology to develop high impact solutions. He believes change can be a positive experience, and requires learning to change minds and participation to change hearts. Dean has helped dozens of companies in various industries and sizes. His clients recognize both his passion for teaching and leadership ability to quickly deliver significant results.
Prior to his consulting career, Dean held director level positions in supply chain and operations management for large and small companies including Milliken & Co. and Acuity Brands. He earned certifications as a Trainer in Operations Management from APICS, Six Sigma, Strategic Sourcing and ISO 9001. Two books, The Goal and Lean Thinking, have had a profound influence on his consulting approach.
Dean earned his Master of Business Administration from Georgia State’s Executive MBA program and his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Clemson University.

Todd F. Henry
Todd F. Henry is currently an associate partner with Physical Assetts Consulting, LLC. He shares the company’s vision of enabling companies to improve their performance through sound business practices, operational efficiencies and inventory management resulting in achieving desired cost reductions and increased company value.
Todd has worked in the distribution, logistics, and warehousing arena for 24 plus years. During this time he held numerous management positions and for 10 years served as the General Manager of a 100,000 square foot automated distribution center with annual revenues of $58,000,000.
Todd has extensive implementation and integration experience with warehouse management systems and the merging of corporate acquisitions of newly acquired businesses into the operational matrix of his distribution center. His inventory management background includes implementation of cycle counting programs eliminating the need for a physical inventory. This program was able to maintain an inventory of approximately $5,000,000 consisting of 52,000 SKU’s with a variance of less than 1.5% at his last facility.
Todd is a hands on and people orientated manager that has demonstrated the ability to develop quality personnel through intense training, teamwork philosophy and goal driven performance.
